Golden Sands 1708 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the 17th floor, with plenty of room for the whole family across it’s nearly 1,100 square feet. There is a full kitchen, central air conditioning, 3 TV’s, 3 DVD players, and free WiFi. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 full beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. There is parking for 1 vehicle. A non-refundable $40 Building Registration Fee is due at arrival in cash only, payable to Golden Sands Management. The Golden Sands is a smoking restricted complex; no smoking is permitted inside the condo, on the balcony, or on the Condominium grounds, except where the 2 designated smoking areas are identified on the premises. No pets. Limit of 8 people. During the peak season, this property rents for full weeks only from Saturday to Saturday. During the off-season, flex stays are available with a 3-night minimum.
