Wellness Reboot (3 and 5 day options) include:

Pre-Stay Nutrition Consultation with Holistic Nutritionist Talia Segal Fidler (recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance for consultation to take place the week prior to stay)

 Choose from either a customized Movement/Fitness Program Design (A take-home program designed to fit YOUR lifestyle based on a one-on-one consultation and a quick “see what you can do”) or a follow-up nutritional counseling session

Spa credit of $140 for 3 night stay, $280 spa credit for 5 night stay

Daily snacks placed in room

Affirmators cards (affirmative quotes) to keep you motivated along the way
