We offer convenient meeting packages designed to serve your groups needs and goals not only with right meeting space, amenities and services but also with wellness-oriented meeting enhancements.

Standard Meeting Package

Recommended for meetings / events with group size of 20-50 people

• Standard accommodations with one (1) complimentary upgrade to an Executive Room (based on availability)
• Three (3) buffet meals daily
• One (1) general session meeting room – complete with pads, pens, ice water, candies, pull down screen and one (1) flip chart
• Afternoon refreshment break (**) (coffee, tea, water and cookies)

Minimum of ten rooms per night at double occupancy needed to qualify for a package

Executive Meeting Package

Recommended for meetings / events with group size of 50-100 people

• Standard accommodations with one (1) complimentary Executive Room for (2) nights (based on availability)
• Three (3) buffet meals daily
• One (1) general session meeting room – complete with pads, pens, ice water, candies, pull down screen and one (1) flip chart
• Morning refreshment break (**) (coffee, tea, water and breakfast pastries)
• Afternoon refreshment break (**) (coffee, tea, water and cookies)
• Welcome reception upon arrival (lemonade, iced tea and water)

Minimum of 25 rooms per night at double occupancy needed to qualify for a package

Grand Meeting Package

Recommended for meetings / events with group size of 100 or more people

• Standard accommodations with one (1) complimentary Executive Room and one (1) complimentary Suite accommodations for (2) nights (based on availability)
• Three (3) buffet meals daily (starting with dinner on the day of arrival through lunch on the day of departure)
• One (1) general session meeting room – complete with pads, pens, ice water, candies, pull down screen, sound system, podium and one (1) flip chart
• One (1) breakout space
• Morning refreshment break (**) (coffee, tea, water and breakfast pastries)
• Afternoon refreshment break (**) (coffee, tea, water and cookies)
• Cocktail party featuring one-hour open bar and chef-selected hot and cold hors d’ oeuvres
