• SPA BY THE SEA Fox Harb’r Resort’s Dol-as Spa is perched directly above the Northumberland Strait. Even the indoor pool and whirlpool extend an ocean view. As an Ocean Spa Escape guest, you will have the choice of two distinctive sea-inspired spa treatments, Warming Seaweed Mud Therapy, with the intense nourishment of clay and algae, or a Sea Stone Massage that complements traditional massage with soothing, pressure point relieving black basalt rocks.Both spa treatments begin with the spa’s signature foot bath ritual using Nova Scotia sea salts and/or soothing lavender grown in the salt air right on the Northumberland Shore. (Weather/ seasonality permitting, you may be able to enjoy the massage option in a private, tented cabana on the spa’s Oceanview Terrace.)
• AT ‘OM’ BY THE OCEAN Your refreshing spa treatment is matched with a customized yoga/ meditation session tailored for skill level and attendee goals, and held on the spa’s Oceanview Terrace, at the beach, or even in the resort’s sea view vineyard. On arrival in your suite, you’ll find the award-winning spa has provided everything you need for a luxurious personal spa-night-in showcasing Nova Scotia self-care products, the perfect start to your Ocean Spa Escape.
  First a revitalizing body polish with a sea-salt-based exfoliating body scrub. Then a hydrating facial masque infused with seaweed and other botanicals, plus a hair masque option to help you unwind for deep relaxation. The final steps, a soothing active mineral salts bath soak, and a rich body cream.
• OCEAN-INFUSED CUISINE Your Nova Scotia spa experience includes the refreshment of a super antioxidant smoothie featuring Oxford, NS blueberries, Acadian sea plants Hana Tsunomata nutrient-rich sea vegetables, protein-rich algae harvested in Nova Scotia, and other local ingredients (raw honey, maple syrup etc.).
