Cocoa Beach Seafood & Music Festival: Sun, Seafood, and Music on the Space Coast

Cocoa Beach offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable Florida experience. Travelers to the Space Coast can watch rocket launches at the Kennedy Space Center, go on a deep sea fishing expedition, shop at the world's largest surf shop (Ron Jon Surf Shop), participate in one of the big community festivals, and more.

The Cocoa Beach Seafood & Music Festival is one of the fastest up and coming events on the Space Coast. It’s entering its second year, and event planners expect over 25,000 attendees. The event is a haven for foodies and will feature over 40 food vendors serving a variety of seafood and non-seafood meals. Patrons will also get the opportunity to listen to live music on two stages by national and local acts. Don McLean, Dirty Heads with Ballyhoo, and The Original Wailers will be performing concerts on the main stage. An art and craft show will take place during the event, and will showcase wares from local and regional artisans. We got the chance to interview Giles Malone, a representative for the event, to talk about this unique fusion of seafood and music.
