Every room is a suite at this fantastic hotel. They each have a kitchenette, allowing you to prepare food without leaving the comfort of your room. From Norfolk/Va. Beach and points North: Take I-64 to US 168 at Exit 291B [Oak Grove Connector/Great Bridge Bypass and Chesapeake Expressway (toll)]. Follow US 168 and US 158 south toward Nags Head, crossing the Currituck Sound over the Wright Memorial Bridge. Once over the bridge, The Sanderling is 16 miles north via NC Route 12. When you see the Sanderling sign on the left side of the road you have about one mile to go. You will see The Sanderling on the right.
