It has been over 100 years since J. Howard Watson first landed on what is Watson's Harverene Resort and the family is still keeping the tradition going.

Consisting of cottages, cabins, and mobile home spaces, Watson's Harverene Resort provides a private escape for families and large groups. Permeating with rich history, the resort offers a timeless feel dating back to when guests first came to the shore of Lake Chelan. The lake has more than 50 miles of glacier-fed-waters giving guests the opportunity to go swimming, boating, as well as dropping a line and enjoying some world class fishing. Every year, stocking programs release over 600,000 Cutthroat and Kokanee fingerlings into the lake generating an unforgettable fishing experience in the shadows of the mountains.
