Booked a VIlla in Nov.2020 and we were not able to go due to a family member having Covid. Decided to cancel altogether and get my money back, well it is now March 2021 and STILL have NOT gotten my refund! I paid the full amount on my debit card, that card later was compromised and my bank cancelled...
