PROThe things that people paying didn't know. It was miserable, I could only get some people to work if the tips were handed to them on the spot. Advice to customers - Dock boys need to know if you are a tipper, if you want to suprise them for attention because you waited paitently. If you don't tip give them some advice on why you didn't. Tell people what you expect or don't it may or may not effect your service
CONGuests that tried to get things free, If you know how to do it, do it yourself it's free. They need really good employees and no one wants to be willing to help. This business needs you to understand it is and isnt about the money. Get the job done, its vacation!
