"avoid this place at all costs"

I went to the "beauty baths" after checking in. When getting out of the tub, I slipped and fell and pulled something in my back. Then I noticed that there were no hand holds of any kind to help me pull myself out. There was no way of calling for help, there was nobody nearby. It was freezing...
