"No Next Time"

I was very disappointed to have my request for a KEY to lock my cabin ignored, and was never issued a key. Thus, I had to take any valuables, medications, etc with me every time I took a day trip. I know THEY may "trust" their clientele, but I do not know them, and don't share the same feeling...
