Two Bars Seven has been in the Schaffer family for four generations, since the days of territorial government in the late 1800's. Our ranch family raises stock horses and Beefalo cattle, a buffalo hybrid, hardy for our rugged winters. Their meat is natural, leaner and more nutritious than domestic cattle.
