A Charming Ski-In/Ski-Out Destination
One of Utah's few remaining traditional ski lodges, the classic Alta Lodge has provided cozy accommodations and ski-in, ski-out access to the Alta Ski Area since 1940. The lodging package includes full breakfasts and four-course dinners. Snowbird Ski Area is conveniently located one mile from Alta and the “Alta-Bird” ski pass provides easy access to the best skiing (skiers only at Alta). After you’ve left your tracks in the snow, warm up in the lodge’s saunas and hot pools and have a drink next to the fire at the Sitzmark Club, a classic ski bar. Then, enjoy a four-course dinner, walk down the hall to your room for a good night's sleep, and you'll be ready for the next day's skiing.

Bringing the kids? They'll love their time spent in the free Kids' Club, where they can participate in apres-ski activities and have a special kids' dinner at 5:30. In the morning and afternoon, free transportation is provided to take children to ski lessons at the Alf Engen Ski School and bring them back to the lodge at the end of the day. test
