Their main conference room has a capacity of 80 and is equipped with audio and visual technology to ensure a seamless presentation. The conference room spills out onto a large deck that provides a more informal gathering space. The classroom has a capacity of 40 people and is ideal for smaller groups and it makes for a great breakout room. The Hickory Cafe is primarily used as a dining room, but its large open space and wide veranda also make it an ideal banquet or large meeting space. The Hickory Cafe currently does not have audio/visual technology, but can seat 150 people. Beyond these spaces, there are many other options for smaller groups to gather across the property. The outdoor amphitheater and picnic pavilion are covered spaces, and there is plenty of room on the deck that surrounds the lodge, and there are numerous picnic tables dotted across the Retreat.
