NASWA Resort has a rich history that dates back to 1935, when Jim and Fannie Salta, immigrants from Lesbos, Greece, discovered a natural spring of clear water near Weirs Beach, New Hampshire. The Saltas purchased the spring's property once it was tested as 100% pure and created the Natural Spring Water Company. They sold the spring water and eventually built five one-room cabins in 1936, which they named the NASWA Spring Water Cabins. It wasn't until the 1940s that they purchased the waterfront property, and more cottages were added. Today, the resort is owned by Jim and Fannie's daughter, Hope. The NASWA Resort has been a family-run destination for many years and highlights that family-friendly attitude with all their guests.
