Located on Sunnen Lake, enjoy this vacation on the water! During your stay at Trout Lodge, enjoy the views, splash around in the water and fly into the lake on the slides or lake rope! Ride a banana boat or paddle boat. You can even “walk on water” with a Zorb Ball. Take out a kayak, canoe, sailboat or jon boat for a day on the sparkling waters of Sunnen Lake. Be sure to pack your beach towel and sunscreen. Water activities are seasonal.

Trout Lodge has an activity for all family members, a place designed to foster family connections and memories. Take a hayride together or hop on a Pirate Pontoon boat and squirt your water gun at the opposing boat – guaranteed to get you totally wet and laughing. Play tennis, climb towers, do a crafts project together and just hang out. There are holiday celebrations – Thanksgiving with a turkey on every table, New Year’s with a fireworks display, Memorial weekend which opens the waterfront and so much more. The fun never ends!

Fourché Valley Golf Club, 9-hole, par 36 golf course is just minutes away from Trout Lodge. Grab the clubs and tee off for a relaxing round in the Missouri sunshine on a course designed by Gary Kern. The course features 39 bunkers and 3 sets of tees, providing the perfect challenge for golfers of all skill levels.

Single story guest rooms and two-story loft rooms are located in Trout Lodge, and every room has stunning views of the lake. Or you can reserve a private lake view or forest view cabin, which sleeps up to 10 people and includes a screened in porch, stone fireplace, a living room area and bedrooms. The lake view cabins have an extra surprise – you can open up the door between the two units for larger groups of up to 20 people.

During your stay at Trout Lodge, why not mosey on down to the Triangle Y ranch and visit with our Wranglers as they take you on a horseback ride, hayride, teach you line dancing at a barn dance or take your child on a pony or cart ride.
