You and the kids will enjoy fishing on 1,000 acres of Big Elbow Lake, one of Minnesota's top 100 walleye lakes. The lake is home to three pairs of nesting Bald Eagles, Osprey, ten pairs of nesting Loons, and lots of other wildlife.
Just minutes away is Itasca State Park (Gateway to the Mississippi headwaters), where you can wade across the mighty Mississippi. Also minutes away is the Tamarac National Wildlife Refuge.
