Garrison's Resort is located 30 minutes north of Bemidji on Balm Lake. They have six cabins, boats and pontoons for rent. Balm Lake is 537 acres with great fishing for bass, walleye and panfish. The resort is currently in the process of modernizing each cabin with all new appliances, furniture, cable TV, wireless internet and air conditioning. The cabins feature two and three bedrooms with a full size futon in the living room.

Balm Lake is a spring fed lake with over 700 acres of prime fishing. It is known for trophy walleye, northern pike, bass and panfish. It's also a great place for some for great ice fishing!
