As a result, they have hosted several environmental groups annually, including The Biological Diversity Staff, various Nature Conservancy offices (Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico), the Sonoran Institute, and The Global Soundscape Network Project. In the late 1800s, The Cash on Delivery Ranch began as a working cattle ranch. The old west charm and authenticity lives on; some of the original structures still exist today, lovingly restored by the current owner, Steve Malkin. The original barn was transformed into a versatile 2,000 square foot event space, perfect for medium sized groups to gather for weddings, classes, team building, meditations, yoga, or business meetings.

Accommodations at C.O.D. Ranch vary in size and style. The Main House (or Hacienda) has a small sitting room with fireplace, a commercial kitchen, and a large dining hall which seats up to 90 people. Over 20 delightfully appointed rustic casitas reflective of the old west and colonial Mexico provide a combined capacity for up to 60 sleepover guests. The Round House is available as a separate rental for an intimate or solitary retreat, meeting, or vacation getaway. Their beautifully remodeled 2,000 square foot barn can be transformed into anything your group needs.
