The Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge, opened in October 1998 by Sir Edmund Hillary, has bagged two prestigious Asian tourism awards. On April 19th at a special ceremony in Nagoya Japan, the Tiger Mountain group was honoured with the PATA (Pacific Asia Travel Association) Heritage & Culture 1999 Gold Award for their newly opened Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge, Nepal.
