Hippo Hollow is a thatched lodge, with 18 chalets (sleeping 4) and 10 double rooms. Each of the chalets is self-catering with twin bed accommodation as well as a loft area for two. They are tastefully decorated and have a balcony deck area overlooking the river floodplain in front of the lodge, plus a gas braai barbecue and kitchenette facility for those who wish to cater for their own lunch or dinner.
