Amanpulo (peaceful island) is situated on the private island of Pamalican, 200 kilometers east of Northern Palawan in the Philippines. The 89-hectare island, part of the Quiniluban group of Cuyo Islands, is surrounded by 5.5km of white sand beaches, turquoise waters and a coral reef 50-300 meters from shore. Because the Cuyo archipelago has remained largely undeveloped, its vegetation and waters have scarcely been touched by tourism.
